In accordance with the relevant regulations on post-doctoral management of the University and in light of the actual conditions of the college, it is decided to start the second batch of post-doctoral assessment for teachers (foreign) in 2020. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

According to the provisions of the related documents of postdoctoral management of our university, compared with the work tasks stipulated in the postdoctoral work agreement, summarize and report the work progress and achievements since the arrival, as well as the ideas and assumptions of the next work; The personnel planning to leave the station should comprehensively summarize and report the completion of the task since the arrival.

5 members of the examination group (including 2 experts from outside the school).

 

 

 

4. Assessment procedures

 

 

 

(1) Work report by the assessed;

 

 

 

(2) Questions by experts and defense by the examinee;

 

 

 

(3) The assessed person is withdrawn, and the experts give centralized evaluation;

 

 

 

(4) The expert group forms assessment opinions.

 

 

 

5. The assessment grade

 

 

 

Assessment results are divided into: excellent, good, qualified, unqualified.

 

 

 

6. Schedule

 

 

 

1) Before 17:30 on December 24, relevant personnel shall fill in the Assessment Registration Form of Henan University (Annex 1) and submit the performance certification materials (Annex 2) to the Graduate Student and Scientific Research Office.

 

 

 

2) Around December 28, the college will organize the conference review, and the assessed personnel will give PPT presentation (no more than 10 minutes each).

 

 

 

3) Relevant assessment materials shall be submitted to the post-doctoral Work Office of the Personnel Department of the University on December 29.
