Since July 1986, he has been teaching and researching in chemical engineering at the department of chemistry and chemical engineering of Henan University. He is engaged in teaching professional courses such as "Chemical Technology", "Chemical Separation Engineering" for undergraduate students and "Energy Chemical Engineering" for graduate students. He has completed 5 items of provincial scientific and technological achievements, 4 national patents, and published more than 30 articles. He also participated in the writing of books like "Chemical Design", "Chemical Process Development and Design" by the chemical industry press. He is teaching master of Henan University.

The research direction

He mainly engages in research on green chemical technology, biomass energy technology and comprehensive utilization of industrial waste.
